History

KOTI was founded to create an Indigenous-led company focused on protecting land, restoring damaged areas, supporting communities, and building long-term economic strength for future generations. Its direction brings together field services, environmental stewardship, practical innovation, and a larger vision that includes education, technology, and intergenerational legacy.

KOTI is growing from a founder-led service model into a broader operating system that includes field services, environmental work, technology, training, education, and future cultural and youth initiatives. Its direction includes not only practical contracts and service delivery, but also future learning tools, storytelling, and intergenerational legacy work tied to the wider KOTI vision.

As KOTI grows, this page should expand to include field leadership, operations support, technical specialists, training mentors, and community-facing roles. For now, the page should clearly present KOTI as a serious founder-led company in active development, not an empty team page.

How the company is growing

Why KOTI was Founded

KOTI was created from the belief that environmental responsibility, construction support, Indigenous values, and economic development do not need to be separated. The company’s purpose is to help restore land, protect water, support local work, and build a stronger long-term model for Indigenous participation in field services, reclamation, and community-based enterprise.
