We value safety, respect, practical skill, local knowledge, and long-term development. KOTI is being built with a strong commitment to training, mentorship, and Indigenous hiring. The company’s growth model includes safety orientation, field documentation standards, practical skills development, and longer-term pathways into operations, environmental work, technology, education, and future leadership roles.
