Landscaping & Hardscaping
Rough grading, final grading, weeping tile and drainage trenches, geotextile fabric and gravel, compaction, topsoil replacement, mulching, sod installation, grass seeding, native plants and shrubs, walkway repair, driveway and gravel restoration, retaining walls, fencing repair, lawn care, and application spraying.
Snow Removal
Ongoing snow clearing, daily snow removal of driveways and pathways, roof snow removal, windrow and snow storage management, clearing work areas, creating equipment access routes, ice control and sanding, hauling, and drainage considerations.

Site preparation and lease construction, clearing land, building access roads, rig support, hot shot services, pipeline weights, side boom support, pipeline labour, dewatering, and pumping operations.

KOTI was created to build an Indigenous-led company rooted in land stewardship, practical work, strong reporting, and long-term intergenerational impact. Its direction combines field operations, environmental responsibility, business growth, technology, education, and future family legacy.
